Senior Analyst, Affiliate Marketing (Remote)

Overview

The Affiliate Senior Analyst will report into the Senior Manager of Affiliate Marketing and play a key role in managing our Affiliate marketing programs and partnerships. They will work closely with the eComm and Marketing teams to implement programs, track performance, identify new Affiliate opportunities, and collaborate with our Affiliate agency. The candidate we are seeking is a data-driven, strategic and detail-oriented individual who will support the ongoing growth and optimization of our Affiliate program.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and communicate weekly offers, promotions & messaging ensuring accuracy of all details to share with Affiliate publishers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, eComm and Merchants on promotional strategies and initiatives.
• Partner with our external Affiliate partner agency to provide guidance, support and essential resources.
• Track, analyze, and interpret Affiliate performance metrics to optimize and improve program effectiveness.
• Evaluate opportunities and promotions for viability, make recommendations regarding participation to management, and implement accordingly.
• Maintain budget trackers. Process and log invoices ensuring alignment to budget.

Education and Experience:

• Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Area of Study: Marketing, Advertising, Business
• Minimum Years of Experience:   4
• Type of Experience: Digital Marketing, preferably in Affiliate Marketing
• Technical Competencies & Information Systems: Intermediate PC software skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Skills & Abilities: 
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to analyze and synthesize information/data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Skills: English
• Personal Attributes & Other/Preferred: 
  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $65,700/year to $102,650/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
